Playing around

We have had some more rain lately :) and on Sunday, we were ginning around outside, me with camera in toe and I got these shots.. Now if I can be cocky for just minute and say GOD I AM IN LOVE WITH THEM!! I am so proud with how they turned out.. I know I have FOREVER to go to get good at this gig, but in the interim I am satisfied :) Thanks for looking!!

Hop Grasser

Yes Hopgrasser!! That is What Diva calls Grass hoppers and praying-mantas'.

This is one that decided to befriend my Brother last week. Loved him to bits and grabbed the interest of Bruiser, who just thought the thing was so cool.. well until she squashed it picking it up. Thankfully she didn't kill him, and he hung around my brother for another hour before going his own way.. Strange creature!!

Sunsets take two!!

Yes, another sunset entry, this time though, more than just a couple!!

I am really lucky that the last two houses I have lived in, have been in good positions for glorious sunsets. These have been taken since the start of the year, the most recent first, taken the last weekend of March. I think I love them all, but I really like the ones that look like fire in the sky!!

swinging!!

The girls had some friends over the other week, and they all went out to play on the swing set! It was a great opportunity to get some snaps of the girls doing there thing. Diva in typical Diva glory put on quite the show, even threw a tanty at the beginning and demanded no photo's.. I got that shot as you can see below. Enjoy :)

Teddy bears Picnic!

Divas school had their Teddy Bear's picnic Last week, and us mummies were allowed to attend.

So with Camera, 80 year old blind pensioner (AKA My grandad) and Bruiser in toe, off we went to see the picnic. Diva had a great time, as did Bruiser, eating all that was in sight (and why not, look how scrummy it looks) and mingling with all the kids.
